Yes, absolutely. Every plan comes with a full 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a credit card upfront. You get full access to all features in your chosen plan, and you can import real data during the trial. If you decide Repackd isn't for you, simply walk away. No charges, no awkward cancellation calls.

Of course. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your account settings. When you upgrade, you get immediate access to the new features and we pro-rate the charge for the remainder of your billing cycle. When you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period so you never lose access mid-cycle.

Your data is yours. If you cancel, we keep your data available for 90 days so you can export everything you need. After 90 days, we permanently delete all data from our servers in line with GDPR requirements. You can request an immediate data export or deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

No. There are zero per-report or per-submission fees. Your plan gives you unlimited DEFRA report generation. Generate as many reports as you need, run as many simulations as you like, and download as many CSVs as required. The price you see is the price you pay. Annual billing gives you 2 months free compared to paying monthly. You pay upfront for 12 months at the discounted rate. For example, the Growth plan is £799/month monthly, but only £7,990/year on annual billing (equivalent to £665/month). That saves you £1,598 per year. Annual plans can still be cancelled, with a pro-rated refund for unused months.

A SKU is a unique product-packaging combination in your Repackd account. If you sell one product in three different packaging formats (e.g. single, multipack, case), that counts as three SKUs. Archived or inactive SKUs do not count towards your limit. If you are approaching your plan limit, we will notify you in advance so there are no surprises.

Absolutely. Enterprise-grade encryption protects all your data in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We host exclusively on UK-based data centres and are fully GDPR compliant. Enterprise customers can also request a dedicated security review and custom data processing agreements.
